 Description of trf_run data structure

 A trf_run is a specific data structure that mirrors the contents of a specific run
 within a trf file.

 The trf_run structure contains the following fields:

 runname: The name of the run.
 runnumber: The index of the run.
 anextrun: The address of the next run within the file.
 avars: The address of the first variable belonging to this run.
 v: A [1xn] array of trf_var structures containing the details of each variable
    contained in this run, where n is the total number of variables.
 p: Present, but not implemented.
 trfsel_count: Reserved for internal use.
 trfsel_flag: Reserved for internal use.
