Function Synopsis

[h] = tmxstoprecout(handle,varargin)

 Usage:  [h] = tmxstoprecout(handle,recordoutputs)
 Description: Internal routine only. Not for general use.
      tmxstoprecout(handle) will prohibit recording any data to the trf file.
      tmxstoprecout(handle,recordoutputs) will prohibit listed data items to be recorded to the trf file.
 Input Parameters:
   handle: the system handle.
   recordoutputs: a list of recordable items which do not want to be recorded.
 Returns:
   h: the new system handle.
